What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 5000pcs. However, we accept lower quantities for trial orders if we have ready goods in stock.
Can I get samples?
Sure, we can provide 2-3 pieces of each item for free if the samples are available in our current stock.
How long is the production lead time?
Normally the delivery time is about 30-45 days. In some cases, 20 days is also possible. For stock items, we can ship within 3 days.
Is it possible to have my own custom design?
Yes, we have a strong design team that can create designs based on your requirements. We can also open new molds for your specific samples.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is T/T (30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L). We also accept L/C at sight or D/P.
Can you handle LCL shipments for smaller orders?
Yes, we can arrange LCL shipments on EXW terms. You can coordinate with your forwarder for the specific logistics costs.
