What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 10000pcs. However, we accept lower quantities for your trial order if we have ready goods in stock.
Can I get samples?
Sure, we can send you 2-3 free samples of each item if they are available.
How long is the sample and production lead time?
Samples can be sent within 3 days. Production normally takes about 30-45 days, though 20 days is possible in some cases. Stock items ship within 3 days.
Is it okay if I want my own design?
Yes, we have a strong design team to meet your requirements. We can also open new molds for your specific samples.
How many colors are available and what are the payment terms?
We use the Pantone Matching System for colors. Our normal payment term is T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance), but L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Can I ship by LCL if the order is not a full container?
Yes, we can arrange this under EXW terms. You can coordinate with your shipping forwarder for the specific costs.
