UHMW-PE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene)

UHMW-PE is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with an average molecular weight of more than 9.2 million (100% Virgin Raw Material). It offers a combination of high wear resistance, chemical stability, and high impact resistance, making it an excellent comprehensive engineering plastic.

• Superior Wear Resistance: Seven times higher than steel and four times higher than PTFE.
• High Impact Strength: Two times that of PC and five times that of ABS.
• Self-Lubrication: Excellent sliding properties similar to PTFE, reducing the need for external lubricants.
